General rules for betting and game play

You must be at least 18 years old to use our betting and gaming services. You are responsible for making sure that your account information is accurate, complete and kept up to date. We hold a gaming licence and may verify your identity, age, payment method and account details before allowing play, processing a withdrawal or continuing to provide services.

You may have only one account with us. Opening, using or controlling more than one account is not permitted. If you think you have created more than one account, contact support@casino-barbados.co.uk before placing further bets. We may close duplicate accounts, restrict play and deal with balances in accordance with our account terms where duplicate or linked accounts are identified.

You must use your own account, payment methods and funds. You must not allow another person to access your account or place bets for you. We may ask for information or documents to confirm that you are the account holder and that activity on the account is authorised.

Bets and game play are available using real-money funds or an eligible bonus balance, where the game and applicable bonus terms allow it. The balance used, the order in which balances are applied and any restrictions on play are shown in your account or the relevant bonus terms. You should check these details before starting a game.

A bet, stake or spin is final once it has been accepted by our systems. You cannot cancel, change or withdraw it after acceptance. A bet that is displayed as pending may still be subject to settlement, but you must not assume that it can be amended. If a transaction is rejected, it has not been accepted and no result will be payable for that attempted transaction.

Place bets carefully

Check the stake, selected game, bet type and available balance before confirming play. Do not continue if the information shown does not match what you intended.

Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools are available through the account controls shown on our site. If gambling is causing concern, consider speaking with GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop or the National Gambling Helpline. These rules do not replace safer gambling information or the controls available to you.

How bets and spins are settled

The result recorded and displayed by the applicable game server is final, subject to the malfunction provisions below. Our systems record the accepted stake, game action, result, winnings and any relevant transaction details. The recorded result is used to settle the game even if a different result is shown briefly on a device because of a connection, display or software issue.

Each game has its own rules, available features, winning combinations and paytable. You must read the in-game rules and paytable before playing. They explain how a result is determined, how wins are calculated, how special features work and whether a particular stake or game mode has separate conditions.

The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in the game information. This figure is a long-term statistical percentage and does not predict the result of an individual spin, round or session. It does not guarantee that you will receive a particular return, win a particular amount or win within a particular period.

Where a game includes random outcomes, those outcomes are generated and settled by the game systems. Previous results do not change the probability of a future result. A winning or losing sequence does not create an entitlement to a particular next outcome, and we do not accept requests to alter a result because it appears unusual or unexpected.

  • A completed round is settled according to the result recorded by the game server.
  • The stake is taken when the game action is accepted, unless the game rules state otherwise.
  • Any win is credited only when the result and payment have been recorded by our systems.
  • Game-specific limits, features and payment rules are set out in the relevant in-game information.
  • If a result is not immediately visible, do not repeat the action until you have checked your account or reconnected to the game.

A displayed balance may take a short time to update after a game action. If the account balance, game history or settlement appears inconsistent, stop playing that game and contact support. We may suspend settlement of an affected round while the transaction records and game data are checked.

Malfunctions, interruptions and disconnected games

A malfunction includes a technical, software, communications, display, calculation or other error that affects a game, bet, result, balance or settlement. If a malfunction occurs, all affected play and payments may be void, including any pays or winnings arising from the affected play. We will correct the account records where necessary.

A malfunction does not create a right to a payment that would not have been due under the correct game rules. If an amount has been credited because of an error, we may remove or recover that amount in accordance with our account terms. We may also suspend an affected game while the issue is investigated and resolved.

If your connection is interrupted after a game action has been accepted, do not assume that the action failed. Depending on the game, the game may resume from the interrupted point when you reconnect, or the game may settle automatically using the result recorded by the server.

When you reconnect, look at the game history, account balance and round status before taking another action. A repeated stake or spin may create a new accepted transaction even if the earlier round is still being settled. If the game does not resume or the outcome is unclear, contact support with the game name, approximate time and round details.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, internet service, local network, software settings or other equipment outside our systems. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. We will use the records available to us to determine whether a transaction was accepted and how an affected round should be handled.

If a game stops

Reconnect once, check your account and avoid placing the same bet again until the earlier round has been settled or support has confirmed what happened.

Bonus funds and bonus play

Bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms shown when the bonus is offered, claimed or added to your account. Those terms explain eligibility, expiry, wagering or playthrough requirements, qualifying games, maximum winnings, withdrawal conditions and any other restrictions. If a bonus term conflicts with a game rule, the specific bonus term applies to the relevant bonus.

The maximum bet allowed while using a bonus is the amount shown in the applicable bonus terms. The maximum may apply to each spin, round, hand, stake, feature purchase or other game action, depending on the wording of those terms. Increasing a stake, changing a game mode or buying a feature may count as a separate bet for this purpose.

Not every game contributes to a bonus requirement in the same way. The contribution from each game, if any, is shown in the applicable bonus terms or in your account. A game may contribute fully, partly or not at all. Playing a game does not by itself mean that its stakes count towards a wagering or playthrough requirement.

When a bonus balance is used, the game may use real-money funds, bonus funds or both according to the balance rules displayed in your account. Winnings may remain subject to bonus restrictions until the applicable requirements are completed. If a bonus expires, is cancelled or is removed under its terms, the associated bonus funds and any restricted winnings may also be removed.

  • Read the full bonus terms before claiming or using bonus funds.
  • Keep your stake within the stated maximum while bonus conditions apply.
  • Check which games and game features contribute to the relevant requirement.
  • Do not claim a bonus if you do not understand its expiry or withdrawal conditions.
  • Contact support if your account shows a bonus status that you do not understand.

We may refuse, cancel or withdraw a bonus where the bonus terms have not been met, where an account is ineligible or where there has been misuse of a promotion. Any action we take will be based on the applicable terms and account information.

Live casino, table games and disputes

Live casino and table games are governed by the game-specific rules shown in that table's help or information panel. Those rules explain the available bets, betting periods, dealing or drawing process, winning combinations, settlement method, limits and any special features. Read them before placing a bet and whenever you move to a different table or game.

Dealer decisions made in accordance with the applicable table rules determine how the round proceeds. The recorded game result and settlement information are final, subject to a confirmed malfunction or an error in the recorded transaction. A dealer decision is not changed because a different outcome was expected or because a previous round produced a different result.

Bets must be placed during the betting period shown at the table. A late bet, a bet placed after betting has closed or a bet that was not accepted by the system does not count for that round. If the display and the recorded transaction differ, the accepted transaction and game server records are used to settle the round.

To raise a dispute about a bet, spin, round, settlement or malfunction, write to support@casino-barbados.co.uk. Include the game or table name, the approximate date and time, the round or transaction reference if available, the stake, what happened and any relevant screenshots or account information. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

You can also contact us through the live chat on the site. We may ask for further information so that we can identify the account and transaction securely. We will look into the matter using the game server records, account history, transaction data and the applicable game or bonus terms.

If a dispute concerns an interrupted or unsettled game, avoid replaying the same round and keep the original details available. We will explain the outcome once the relevant records have been checked. Our decision will be based on the records available to us and the rules that applied when the bet was accepted.

What to include in a dispute

Send the game name, approximate time, round or transaction reference, stake amount and a clear description of the issue. This helps us identify the relevant records more quickly.
